ACRE—A Case for Rural Engagement

My grad project explores "designer as facilitator," placing myself in a team of youth as we explore concepts and prototype an interactive product for a public space on Bowen Island. Our goal is to encourage islanders to take some time out of their usual monotonous commute and play, socialize and connect through a shared experience we provide.

Our work together will inform/support the guidebook, toolkit, and other materials I am designing specifically for rural community youth engagement.
